My Story: Finding Purpose, One Signature at a Time
In 2020, the world pressed pause. Businesses shut down, uncertainty took over, and for so many of us, life felt like it was standing still. But while everything else stopped, people still needed to move forward—families still needed to close on homes, legal documents still had to be signed, and businesses still had deals to finalize. The problem? With offices closed and restrictions in place, those essential transactions were left hanging in the balance.
I saw the gap. And I knew I could step in.
I didn’t have a roadmap or a business plan—I had a calling to serve. When people couldn’t get to a notary, I brought the notary to them. When families were desperate to finalize adoptions, powers of attorney, or home purchases, I showed up. Through uncertainty, through fear, through a time when the world felt stuck—I kept moving, because people needed me to.
That’s how Signature Move Notary Services was born.
I traveled across the entire state of Indiana—from Ft. Wayne to Evansville, meeting people at their kitchen tables, in hospital rooms, at care facilities, even in correctional centers—helping them take the next step when everything felt uncertain. I notarized thousands of documents in less-than-ideal conditions, learning quickly that this work isn’t just about stamps and signatures. It’s about trust. It’s about showing up when it matters.
And let me tell you something: showing up is what I do best.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) – Get Notarized Fast & Hassle-Free!
We know you have questions—here are the answers to help you book with confidence!
What is a mobile notary, and how does it work?
A mobile notary is a state commissioned impartial witness who certifies and verifies the identity of a signer, and their willingness of signing important legal documents. Mobile notaries add an additional convenience of bringing notary services direct to a customer —home, office, hospital, or any convenient place.
What types of documents do you notarize?
We notarize real estate documents, power of attorney, wills, trusts, business contracts, medical forms, affidavits, and more. Not sure if your document needs notarization? Just ask!
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
You’ll need:
✔ A valid, unexpired photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or state ID).
✔ The document(s) you need notarized (unsigned—sign in front of the notary).
✔ Any required witnesses (if needed, let us know—we can help provide them).
Do I have to sign the document in front of the notary?
It is highly advisable to wait to sign the document in front of the notary.
Can you notarize a document for someone who is elderly, hospitalized, or has limited mobility?
Yes! As long as the signer is mentally aware and signing willingly, we can notarize documents at hospitals, nursing homes, or assisted living facilities.
Do all signers need to be present at the same time?
Yes, all signers must be present and provide a valid photo ID.
Can you notarize for someone who doesn’t speak English?
Absolutely! Yes, but there are important requirements. A notary must be able to directly communicate with the signer to confirm their identity, willingness, and understanding of the document—without the use of an interpreter.
What happens if my document is rejected because of an incorrect notarization?
We guarantee accurate, legally compliant notarizations. If there's ever an issue, we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.
